Tom DeFazio

Tom DeFazio has significant work experience in the manufacturing, banking and other service industries. In addition, he has approximately 30 years’ experience as a Management Consultant working for the Big 4 CPA firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers as well as Perot Systems. Tom’s expertise is working with various firms in helping improve their business processes, the quality of their services resulting in the overall improvement of profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Tom has also taught classes as an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program at both LaRoche College and Robert Morris University.

Tom has both a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (Business focus) from West Virginia University. Tom is an integral member of The Elder Law Firm of Olimpi and Kramer, LLC, acting as the firm’s business consultant, advisor and administrator.
